Manufacturer’s Warranty: The manufacturer warrants that the machine shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, the machine must be returned to the manufacturer’s designated facility for repairs, as required. The manufacturer also provides online support to assist in troubleshooting faults; however, this support does not extend to repairs or servicing. No Warranty is provided for any lens components. These components are considered consumables. TEAM Group (Aust) Support: As part of the sale, TEAM Group (Aust) offers up to five (5) hours of technical assistance via online support or over the phone for troubleshooting purposes. This assistance covers operational issues and troubleshooting faults with the machine. Servicing and Maintenance: All maintenance and servicing of the machine must be carried out by TEAM Group (Aust). The machine is to be returned to TEAM Group (Aust) for any repairs, servicing, or maintenance beyond the troubleshooting assistance provided. Warranty Restrictions: The warranty shall be void if any warranty seals on the machine are disturbed or removed outside of authorized warranty calls or servicing. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or neglect.

Protective lens are to be inspected daily for burn marks and contaimination.  Dirty lenses will reduce the cleaners effectivness.  

Focus, Collimation and Reflective lenses are also regarded as consumables.  These lenses can also fail resulting in the machine signalling overheat errors.  There are no servicable components in the reflective lenses and require the complete unit to be replaced.
